In my experience, I’ve found that these elements are the ones that you absolutely need to set a strong foundation in your business and come away with powerful results. As a result, I don’t offer any other website packages besides The Essentialist.
However, I am more than happy to work support you with customized support options that can be priced by the hour or day. This may be a better option if you need some Squarespace training, would like help customizing a premier Squarespace template, or would like to add a store or member areas to your current Squarespace site.

I design websites exclusively on Squarespace. I have found Squarespace to be the most reliable and easiest-to-use platform. Most small businesses don’t need more than 5-6 pages on their sites, so the extra functionality provided by WordPress simply isn’t needed. Using Squarespace also simplifies your business operations. You only have to pay one vendor for online presence. You can centralize your URL registration, SSL certificate (needed for the security of your site), Google Workspace, Acuity Scheduling and website hosting with Squarespace. This makes paying bills and keeping track of renewal dates so much easier.

I feel it’s really important that your expertise and voice are felt throughout the content on your website. So, I ask that you write your own website content. I will be there every step of the way to help you plan your website pages and write purposeful copy. Plus, once you’re done, I will be here to edit, proofread, and make suggestions before we begin your website design.
If you prefer done-for-you copywriting, please let me know. I offer customized website copywriting as an add-on service — especially if you know this is a major blocker for you in getting the word out about your business.

I recommend a professional photoshoot for your website if at all possible. Giving new clients a sense of who you are and how you will work together is important for instilling trust. Photos that show you in action will give new clients an immediate sense of who you are and what they can expect when they engage with you.
If budget or timing is feeling tight, prioritize hiring a photographer to capture some portraits of you in a few different outfits. Pricing is usually less for portrait-only (aka headshot) shoots. Then, you can supplement with some high-quality stock photography until your business grows and you are ready to invest in a complete brand photoshoot.
